Clean and hygienic, easy to find!

Everything else was great! I booked a Golf but they gave me a Renault Clio, which was nice! It felt great to drive! However, finding the return route in Rome was really tough. The garage is on the seventh floor of the parking lot with no signs at the entrance. I missed it and had to navigate a lot of one-way streets before finally finding my way back. So frustrating!

The waiting time for the car was a bit long, but they upgraded us to a better model for free since the original car was unavailable. Overall, it feels pretty good.

Our own car was in the garage and we ditn't know when is was finished. We had to go to our holiday adress 200 km futher. We asked if it was possible to call the bext day to hire the car 1 day longer if necessary. This was unfortanately not possible. We only cpuld hire the car at that moment for 1 day extra.
