I arrived early, so there was no need to wait in line. However, I had to take the elevator upstairs and then back downstairs—the path was a bit long. Additionally, they upgraded my car, but it took a while because they asked me a lot of questions before I could leave.

After 2 days of hiring car, “change engine oil soon” light started flashing and next day “ change of engine oil required” message started flashing, went to 3 different Avis outlets in Orlando and 1 in Fort Lauderdale, none of them had cars and didn’t helped either, was told to go to airport. Went to FLL, airport and had to change the car with robotic service, no apologies nothing at the counter. Disappointed.

The rental location is in the city center, which is quite convenient. We walked around the city before picking up the car and there was almost no queue. The staff's attitude was average. They didn't check the order carefully and still asked us to pay for an additional driver. It took some effort to communicate in broken English and show them the order before they understood. This made me a bit anxious since my English isn't very good. A kind lady from Guangdong helped us with the car pickup, and she was pretty friendly.
