All good except for an unauthorised and unexplained debit of $60 on my credit card 3 days after our return.
Car was returned with full tank, no damage.
Am seeking explanation and refund from you!!

Nightmare! Arrived at the pickup point 40 minutes early, waited past the scheduled pickup time, and was told the reserved car was not available, even though the full amount was paid in advance. Couldn't wait any longer, they finally gave us a smaller Ford. We had many people and a lot of luggage, and drove it for 18 days covering 8300 kilometers. It was crazy!
We rented cars from this company for three separate legs of our self-driving trip in the USA. We chose this big company for its reputation, and everything went smoothly.
AVIS was a good choice for us, we got the car’s quick and the support was really amazing.We got a very nice and new Jeep.
