The car was larger than expected. The car had a minor fault for 2-3 minutes in the automatic transmission, before it corrected itself - a little bit worrying. We reported it to Europcar and they will investigate.
Car rental process was fairly convenient, the vehicle was relatively new. There were a few tourists ahead of me when picking up the car, so I queued for more than ten minutes. I booked a BMW 1 Series but received a Ford Focus instead. Are the Ford Focus and BMW 1 Series even on the same level??
I received the car that was booked which is a Ford Mondeo Estate. Car condition was excellent, very clean and exterior of car was without blemish. It has served me faithfully and without problems throughout my stay in Europe. Overall check in and out experience was smooth and without concerns. Highly recommended.
