they gave me an upgrade for a relatively good extra fee.
The car was really great and worth the extra fees.
I had to drop a deposit, i am yet to be refunded that after 5 days.

On non acceptance of upgrade and then offered a VW Polo which i was told was the same size!! I was asked to wait 2 minutes and then a miracle appeared a brand new VW Golf . Amazing or what!!
Typical hire company rip off, the kind of experience which gets all hire car company's tarred with the same brush.
The gentleman behind the counter gave us a free upgrade a small SUV, because we had two booster seats. He explained everything and in turn I upgraded my insurance. I dont know his name, but the staff were great and understood that there was going to be four people in the car. Highly recommend.

Dislike: I had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle but a manual transmission vehicle was allotted to me at pick-up. I came to know this until I got on the vehicle to check. It spent me another 30 minutes to wait for the change of vehicle and felt frustrated. I hope that Europcar would check the order carefully and the same thing would not happen to other customers again.
