Go anywhere else. This company is horrible.

At the Easyrentacars.com, the reservation showed the tax and surcharges were included, but actually I had to pay tax and hidden costs at TU Florida when I picked up the car. I understand the $105 for SunPass, but the the issue is other charges. I did not change my plan and and save my time, so that I had to pay it. The original price was around $90, but it ended up for me to pay $300. I believe that this is a big issue even at Easyrentacars.com. This is almost a fraud. This is the worst rentacar experience in my life so far.

They gave my car away because I didn't prepaid the whole amount. They called me to tell me they were giving it away and I missed my cousin wedding in Orlando.

Called for pick up and we recieved was an answering machine. Took a cab to the location after waiting for an hour and half and payed $30.00 for the cab ride . THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. Never rented a car. MESSAGE customer service and nothing they could do about it . NEVER AGAIN

We never got our car. We called and called for a shuttle from the airport at the time we booked. No one answered the phone. No shuttle ever came. The airport said that TU Florida was out of Business. The online reviews said it scammed other customers and we rented from a different company
