very old car

The service attitude was not as good as expected, Chinese car rentals are better.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived late at night and couldn't pick up the car that day. The next morning, I called the rental company, and the owner personally drove to my hotel to take me to the office for the paperwork and car pick-up. The owner also drove me back to the hotel when I returned the car. Quite an experience! (It's a small company with limited staff.) Haha.

Great, the staff at the rental company were very friendly and provided detailed instructions on the usage policies.

Christchurch branch gave us a small car instead of a Sonata, and then charged us more to switch to a Mondeo.

The car is old, no service in Chinese, the staff is impatient, and the store is too far from the airport.
