Very professional and considerate! We initially booked a Mercedes B-Class, but seeing that we had a lot of luggage, the staff upgraded us to a brand new Touran. Awesome!
The first car they tried to give us was very unclean inside with what looked like flakes of skin everywhere.
They also made us wait half an hour because we had arrived half an hour early.
The eventual car which we received did not have a lot of the damage which the car had, properly listed on the form. They were unwilling to either look at the damage or change the form.
What an incredibly wonderful experience! When we arrived to pick up the car, the lady at the counter realized that the car that we had booked was much too small for the four of us plus luggage. She was extremely nice and helpful in finding a solution for us which she did and in less than 20 minutes, we had an amazing car and were on our way. I was impressed by the level of service and of the friendliness and efficiency of the lady at the counter who took care of me. Because of her, I am now a lifetime customer of Europcar!
