Very poor: 1. No one speaks English 2. Mandatory requirement for a local SIM card to pick up the car 3. Did not follow standard procedure to charge for extra mileage 4. Charged an excessive deposit and forced to provide IBAN transfer information, refusing to refund via the original credit card

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent rental experience I had with your company. upon arriving at the rental location, I was provided with a significantly smaller car than the one I had reserved and expected.the reservation clearly stated that I would be receiving a [hundyi elentra , or similar categories , which was essential for my trip due to , luggage space and comfort. Unfortunately, the vehicle provided to me was not suitable for my needs and its smaller. it happen a conflict between the qeek company and the hertez company .

The address of this rental car company on the website is incorrect. Tried Google and Apple maps! The phone number doesn't work, and all the provided contact information is wrong. Neither could the booking site provide the correct and valid information for the rental car. We couldn't find the place based on the provided address, and even the locals said the address doesn't exist. Later, we took a taxi to another Budget location, and they gave us the correct address for the rental car office, taking over 3 hours to finally get the car in Medina. The return process was equally frustrating. The staff at the return location only spoke Arabic. We had previously confirmed via email that the extra mileage fee was 0.63 local currency per kilometer, but the return staff claimed it was 3 local currency per kilometer! Overall, this has been the most tiring and unprofessional car rental experience.

The service is excellent, especially the Riyadh return office. The young gentleman who received the car was very enthusiastic and patient. Full marks for him.

Double charging, lack of synchronization between platform and store

The car's exterior was clean but the interior was dirty. HANCO is the only car rental company in Jeddah that allows driving with a Chinese driver's license. Doubtful about driving in Saudi Arabia with a Chinese driver's license? Local drivers tend to drive aggressively, often straddling lanes, changing lanes and turning without following rules. Many drivers seem to be from India and Pakistan.

Main issue is Riyadh airport T2 pickup location always has issues of system down or no cars resulting in long waits Always go to T5 atleast they have cars Car wasn’t cleaned properly inside but was good overall

It's very convenient to see the counter right after exiting the airport.

There was a long queue at the counter and the process was very slow. Al Ula airport is quite small, so I suggest that one person quickly gets off the plane and heads to the counter to handle the car rental procedures.

The service was okay, just slow.

Excellent service. Great pick up - very fast. Drop off was even better - guy who handled the drop off was amazingly efficient - fastest ever drop off.

Great savings as usual.
