The provided vehicle had all four tires worn out. One of them, the front right tire, was damaged and had to be replaced, costing 160 SAR (approximately 320 RMB). When informed at the repair shop, the rental company dismissed it, saying it was not a big deal, leaving the issue for the next renter. Truly disappointing.
It was observed that the front desk staff were asking about the payment that already paid online. I had to rle explain to him that I has already paid for the booking through Easyrentcar website.
