I rented a Toyota but was given a Roewe instead. They said there were no Toyotas left, only Roewe.

Very easy to book. Smooth process and excellent customer services by sending follow up emails and reminders. Surely gonna use Qeeq services again.

I got a free upgrade from Corolla to Sonata, but the previous car user was a smoker and it took a couple of days to get rid of smell. Also the high beam didn't work. According to contact should be tank full to full, but the real case was same to same and the car delivered with almost empty tank (less than 70Km)

No problem or issues with Qeeq

Car was new, clean, and in good condition. However, the front desk person did not see the reservation at first and it took him a long time to figure out a way to give me the car.

I was worried as the Avis front desk could not find the booking.

Drop off was a bit far and the system did not capture that my payment has been prepaid

The car was a brand new Corolla in absolutely pristine condition. It was truly a pleasure renting that car. The attitude of the service staff was very professional. The entire process was handled very well.

The booking was easy. The price offered was reasonable and overall a very easy platform to get good cars within budget across all service providers.
