Long wait to collect car, inspection reports only available in French!

Was warned to be very careful and read terms, surcharges at every wrong move. I followed their rules and all was ok. Phew! Leave enough time at drop off for checkover/handover, just dropping keys off and running to catch flight could be costly.

Like: The staff that dealt with me on both legs and the location of the office and car park.

The car was dirty inside. Was not a fiat 500. It was a small Kia. Had to press the clutch several times to get in gear at times.

The big problem was after I dropped the car off. I left the keys in their office, on their desk. there was no one at the desk at the time and I thought this would be more convenient for them. There were staff from other car rental firms in the same office. Because I left the keys on the desk and not in a box, I was fined 60 euros. There was no indication that this would happen in the documentation. No harm came to the vehicle because. My impression is that thrifty uses any means it can to extract more money from its customers.

There was a scratch on the front of the car and it all felt a bit cavalier- I was asked to mark it on my sheet but they didn't mark it on their sheet. The man picking up the car next to mine suggested I take a photo of the damage.

NO concerns. All went smoothly.

Need to be better with customer care. Didn't tell us where to drop it off too. Covered in scratches and only showed us two on the paper work. Had to call them out to re inspect the car ana show them all the damage Then took money out of our account without permission and no reasoning

I did not receive an Email with Final bill... The return at CDG Paris airport terminal parking was difficult to find where was the allocate space for Eurocar to drop the car The Trunk of the car could not easily fit 2 large 28L standard suitcase.

We waited for over 1hr and 30minutes to collect our hired car. There was no organisation, no explanation. Poor customer service.

Booked online. Easy, no problems.

Very pleasant counter staff, easy collection although would prefer to hand over to a member of staff on return.
