The guy at pickup was in a rush... He asked me for a 1k deposit for tickets and tolls, whrn I asked about it he just told me that and I had to ask him to please explain if I'm paying for it... He was a little too unenthusiastic... I didn't like that. Other than that, the service is ok.

Worst company i ever dealt with. Would never like to see there face again. Had to pay extra $25 for KM even though i booked 3500 km included in the booking.

Overall acceptable. The car was in great condition with less than 20,000 kilometers. The staff was very friendly during pickup, but the staff during drop-off had a terrible attitude, very unresponsive and unwilling to speak, hence the poor review.

I had a minor collision, and they charged me over 8000 RMB. The car already had many scratches, but they blamed it all on me. Since my deposit was there and I'm already back in my home country with my 14-year-old child, I had no choice but to accept it.
