It seems to be a personal company where individuals deliver the cars. The service is good, but the ETC rental fee is too expensive, and a deposit is required. It's not comparable to another company. Feels like they are a group that joined the platform with a few cars of their own, and the vehicle model and who delivers it are arranged ad hoc.
The vehicle was very basic overall, and the 3-cylinder engine vibrated significantly when starting. The pickup and drop-off locations did not have fixed offices or parking lots; they operated in an informal manner by delivering the car at the departure station entrance. There was no standardized process. When exchanging the car, I took a photo showing the fuel gauge was full, but later they claimed it was not and required extra refueling.
Very satisfied. Both car pickup and return were very convenient. The staff was enthusiastic and responsible. We asked some additional questions, and the staff answered patiently. The whole family enjoyed this trip, and we're looking forward to the next car rental experience!

The online customer service and on-site staff were very enthusiastic and professional. Before renting, they patiently answered all my questions, such as insurance terms, mileage limits, and the type of fuel to use. They even recommended shopping locations.
We were very satisfied with the car rental service this time. It was our first time renting a car for a trip, and overall the experience was good. The service attitude was great, and the car was in good condition. Renting a car for travel is very convenient, and our friends had a wonderful time!
Staff charged me JPY10,000 for after hours pick up.
Charged me JPY12,000 for winter tyres.
Did not provide ETC card however I specifically requested that.
