The service staff was very friendly. The first car reserved for me wasn't cleaned, and the second one couldn't be found, so they upgraded me to a small SUV for free. Although it wasn't cleaned yet, an employee promised to take care of it immediately, and within 3 minutes, he brought the freshly cleaned car to me. Since I returned the car 12 hours ahead of schedule, I couldn't get the invoice on-site, but received it via email the next day in PDF format.

Overall it was good, but the directions to the return location were terrible. We couldn't find it using GPS and spent over 40 minutes circling the airport before we found it.

Only realized it was Advantage company when returning the car, took an hour to find it

I was in a hurry when picking up the car and didn't notice the fuel gauge wasn't full, it was about one bar short. Realized it after driving a few kilometers, so I didn't bother to go back.

At first, they recommended Epass to me, and I thought I was being tricked. However, they patiently helped me investigate the issue, and eventually, I found out they genuinely consider their customers. Excellent service with great value.
