The car wasn't really that clean and missing paint on the hold of the car. Looked beat down.

No issue with using the app or internet

Excellent service from AVIS cant complain at all. Very easy return in car park also so I didnt have to go to the counter.

Easy to book with and all transcation was smooth. Will definitely book with easy rental again.

Like: The drop off in Fort Lauderdale was the speediest I've ever seen.

Car was supposed to be 100% smoke free and had a terrible marijuana smell we couldn’t get rid of and they didn’t have similar cars so we couldn’t switch it

There were almost no people when renting the car.

Absolutely not happy with your car rental

Waited a long time to get to the counter....when finally spoke to someone, processs was quick but waited over 45 minutes outside for a shuttle to take us to the place we picked up our car. It was not marked properly and was difficult to locate with no one giving any direction.

Again booking was easy but budget was not

The lady forcefully charged the one way fee to my card when it was paid for. Upon showing her she refused to reverse it and then after a lot of persuasion convereted the amount into a deposit. She also insisted that i by an insurance and told me that the insurance that I had pre purchased was of no use. I think overall except the lady at the counter the experience was excellent

it was easy and quick, the price drop did not work for me since there was no price drop on what I had booked. Loved the platform

The wait at Thrifty was long, over a half hour. I got a Kia Soul and I was supposed to get a Nissan Rogue or similar and this was not. I had to pay $10 extra per day to get a larger car. This was not fair. I also feel that it was false advertising because it said it was at the airport and it was not. The car I ended up with was fine but I would not use Thrifty again. Another complaint is that the clerk tried to charge me more initially than what I was quoted and only when I spoke up did he give me the price I was quoted.
