Picking up the car was very convenient. However, upon return, it took a whole hour longer than expected. The staff at Nevsehir Airport kept saying they would arrive in 10 minutes, but ended up taking an hour. Luckily, I didn't miss my flight.

Avis is a mid-sized international car rental company. The prices are relatively cheap, and the service is just acceptable. The car condition is also okay, but not great. This time I rented a Volvo that had only been driven for over 4,000 kilometers. However, the driver's door appeared misaligned when viewed from the outside. I'm not sure if it's because the door is deformed, but it felt fine while driving. The most worrisome part was that halfway through the drive, the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked several times at gas stations and even added air, but the warning light wouldn't go away, which made the journey somewhat stressful and unpleasant.

AVIS is located inside the airport terminal, easy to find. The car pickup point is a bit far but there's a shuttle bus. The staff are quite friendly and easy to communicate with.

Overall good experience with easy pick-up and drop-off. However, the company didn't thoroughly check the car. We didn't realize that the Blue Oil was nearly empty at pick-up. On the 10th day, the Blue Oil ran out and the car wouldn't start. We had to ask the landlord to contact the repair service in the middle of the night to bring Blue Oil, costing 100 lira for the oil and 300 lira for labor. The rental company only agreed to reimburse the oil cost.
