Disappointed - it took too long to get the car and the first two cars were not fully functional .

First two cars allocated the automatic key was not functioning - surprising default that had not been identified snd sorted before vehicles were allocated . Third car was functional but older , and overall in a much used state . underpowered.
Everything was quick and easy. No problrms on pick up or drop off.

With the car rental being over the Xmas and New Year period, and me being over 70 yrs old, the price was a little more than usual but still reasonable.

Only hassle was amending/arranging drop off time in Melbourne after hours. Had to pay an extra AUD39 to drop at Andrew's Airport parking who were excellent!
