Very satisfied. We arrived 40 minutes early, and although there was no one available at first, the staff made us wait until the scheduled time to complete the formalities. They were very thorough. However, we didn't realize that adding a driver would also require providing the Chinese driving license booklet. International certifications and Hague authentication were not acceptable. It would be great if users could be reminded of this in advance in the future.

They maliciously set traps to deduct insurance and provide unclear bills with random charges. Avoid renting from this company at all costs! Their response to complaints is extremely rude!

Now about the car itself – its condition was excellent. I rented a spacious SUV with comfortable seats and great visibility. The interior was well-equipped, and everything functioned perfectly. The driving experience was smooth and stable, which was ideal for Oslo’s diverse road conditions. Plus, the fuel consumption was lower than I expected, saving me quite a bit of money. Oslo’s scenery is breathtaking, and renting a car gave me the freedom to explore every hidden corner. I drove leisurely along the fjord roads, admiring the crystal-clear waters and majestic mountains. I could stop at roadside villages anytime to experience the peaceful local lifestyle. Relying solely on public transportation could never provide this level of flexibility and enjoyment. Returning the car was also very smooth. The staff carefully inspected the vehicle and quickly completed the process. There were no hidden fees throughout the rental experience, which was incredibly reassuring. I highly recommend renting a car for your Oslo trip—it will undoubtedly make your journey even better!

The accident handling is efficient, but the number of locations is limited. After the accident vehicle is towed away, people can only be transported to a nearby town for temporary accommodation, and cannot return to the reserved location. Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.

I arrived on time, but there was no car available. It took an hour past the agreed time to get the car, and it wasn't the model I had reserved.

Initially, I rented a Volvo XC60, but upon arriving at the store, they said the car was unavailable, and the entire model series was not available either. I was forced to downgrade to a lower-tier model, and they first gave me a Mazda CX-3. However, its trunk couldn't fit our luggage (2 large 28-inch suitcases and 2 small 20-inch ones). Later, we went back to the store to negotiate ourselves, and they replaced it with a RAV4.

The service was fine, and I could proceed with the usual formalities to get the keys and start driving.

Excellent service! Even at 11 PM, there were staff members available while other car rental services were closed. The staff mentioned he was working overtime.

When I arrived at Evenes Airport, I found out that all the cars at the store had been rented out, so I had to wait about an hour to get a car. However, they provided me with a brand new Toyota Corolla Cross SUV, which was quite decent to drive. That said, the engine noise was quite loud when driving on steep slopes later on, which might need some attention. Additionally, I returned the car in Harstad, but the operating hours listed on QEEQ were incorrect. The store was closed on Sunday. I recommend checking the hours on Google instead. As a result, I had to spend quite some time at the store entrance before figuring out how to drop the keys into the self-service drop box, which was quite time-consuming.
