The pickup and return processes were very quick, and the vehicle provided was very new. On the pickup day, the car was pre-warmed for us, which was a very nice touch!

The service is convenient and reliable. However, since the place is small, after this flight left, the counter was empty by around 3 PM. The staff was nowhere to be found because they said they were handing over vehicles. The town office is also closed on weekends, but someone answers the phone.
