I've used QEEQ for self-driving trips abroad twice. The prices are reasonable, the process is straightforward, and they offer free international driver's license certification. I'll choose them again next time.

The service of AVIS is terrible, but the price is cheap. The car condition is very bad, it constantly reminds for maintenance, probably due to poor upkeep. The tires are heavily worn, making it hard to control at high speeds. Also, don't expect a specific car model, you will get a similar class of car. The most unacceptable part is that they charged me for a whole day for returning the car one hour late without any explanation. The rental price is cheap, cheaper than other companies, which is their only advantage.
