The car we received was a Nissan Altima. It was a very good car and drove smoothly. It was spacious and sufficient for our family of four. I also found the Hertz staff at the Madison Airport counter very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience!

This is my fourth time using QEEQ; the previous three times were with Dollar and Budget. This time I chose the well-known and reputable Hertz. The service was indeed better, with no upselling of vehicle upgrades or insurance. They just inquired about the refueling method. In a small city, there were fewer people in line, and I got the car very quickly – it only took 20 minutes from the airport to getting the car.

Unfortunately the car I had booked was not available so I was given a smaller car without gps which made the trip more difficult

The car was in great condition, almost a brand new Dodge SUV. It was also convenient to pick up the car at the airport baggage claim area.
