Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: If traveling south on the Evangeline Thruway, turn left on Surrey St. At the first traffic light, turn right on to Blue Blvd, and then turn right onto Terminal Dr. Budget is located inside of the airport terminal building. CARS: Outside of terminal in area marked Budget Rent a Car. RETURNS: Follow Car Rental Return signs. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park car in rental area marked Budget Rent a Car. Note the ending miles, date and time of return on the rental jacket. Drop off the keys and the return informatioin in the drop box at the counter inside of the airport. Customers are not allowed to return vehicles between 10:30 PM and 4:00 AM because the airport is closed during that time.

It's okay, they overcharged me a few dollars but it got sorted out later. The exchange rate difference is not the car rental company's fault, it's an issue with QEEQ.
