About Hertz: 2.0 /10
The car rental company was run by African Americans and the experience wasn't great. They promised a Nissan but gave us a Hyundai. It wasn't raining when we picked up the car, so we didn't test the wipers. When it rained heavily, the wipers didn't work well, making driving very dangerous. When we returned the car, they falsely claimed that the fender was damaged and there were stone chips on the glass, asking us for compensation. Fortunately, I had bought full insurance and didn't argue with them.
