“Van was great, picking up was a bit of a nightmare”

The van wasn't available at the original pick up location. They ordered a Lyft for me and sent me to another location across the city that had a van. This delayed my trip by about an hour, but worked out ok.
At the second location, I kept being told that I could not get the price of my Easyrentcar voucher, but I continued to say that I would not pay anything but the voucher price and eventually I was given it.

I was not given the contracted price at Hertz initially. I had a copy of my agreement. I kept being told, "I can not give you this price", but then they made good on it.
