The pickup procedure was fast, the office and garage were close to each other, and the car was in good condition.

The staff was very responsible when handling the paperwork for picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick without any issues!

Terrible service. When I picked up the car, they asked me to sign a form and froze 207 Euros as a pre-authorization. I repeatedly confirmed with the staff that this amount would be unfrozen after the car was returned and that there would be no other charges unless there were violations. However, on the fourth day after returning the car, the entire pre-authorization amount was charged. After returning to my home country, it took two months of appeals to find out that a lot of additional fees were included. This rental cost me over a thousand yuan.

The pickup queue was too slow, waited for two hours. The order should have been 74.5 EUR at the rental company, but they charged me 120 EUR.

Not satisfied, they shirk responsibility.
