BUDGET REFUSED TO RENT ME THE CAR UNLESS i BOUGHT EXTRA INSURANCE EVEN THOUGH I HAD CHECKED AND CONFIRMED I HAD ENOUGH.
ONCE I CALLED EASYRENTCARS THEY REFUSED TO TALK TO HIM AND AGREED TO RENT ME THE CAR.
The only problem I had was with the 3rd party insurance since I was led to believe that it was included but at the counter I was told I had to pay an additional $20 per day.
I booked a Prado model on QEEQ, but when I arrived at the store, they didn't have the Prado at all. They only had a Renault SUV, which was much smaller, and there were no other options. When I asked the store, they told me to communicate with the website, saying the online information might be inaccurate. I understand that they might not have a Prado, but they clearly stated that they would provide a comparable model. Anyone can see that a Prado and a Renault are not the same size. I hope you can communicate this better. If a vehicle is unavailable, don't write it on the website!
I originally booked a compact SUV, but they didn't have that model. The staff insisted that their full-size vehicle corresponds to it. I ended up with a Kia Forte, which is generally reviewed online as a compact car. This branch is quite deceptive, so be cautious when booking.
