Thrifty's service was great. I think we wee up-sold on the tank of gas, but it was nice that it was an option and we didn't have to worry about it.

Very helpful staff . Had to be shown some features and the staff was great.

We booked a large car because we had five people and a lot of luggage. However, when we picked up the car, they said there were no large cars available. They gave us a small two-door car for the first day and promised to give us a larger car the following day. The next day, they gave us a Jeep SUV, which was not what we wanted, but we had to accept it.

I've booked a Toyota Corolla and received a Buick Encore GX that exceed my expectation. Wornderfull experience.

Both the young lady at the pick up in Halifax and the drop off in Moncton were very helpful. We had to call out roadside assistance when our vehicle lost electrical power and the manager at Moncton was most sympathetic and gave us a discount without being asked.

Counter was not crowded during this time of the year, The car was as expected size & model same as advertised, it could have been better if there was heat in the steering. The staff at the counter was nice, gave me a few helpful tips I think his name was Kegan, Thank you.

The pick-up and drop-off processing was smooth, counter staff suggested us to upgrade to a minivan coz we have 2 large luggages, it's a Chrysler Pacifica, nice car.

We booked a Dodge charger. However, when we got to Thrifty, they did not have a Dodge Charger available. However, after reviewing our booking confirmation they were able to locate a Mustang GT at a different location. We appreciated the efforts made to get us a satisfactory vehicle. the whole process did, however, take considerably long that we planned for since we had to wait for them to get the vehicle from a different location.
