We had to wait in line for 1hour 15 to pick up the car at that location. That was quite annoying considering that cut into the day we had planned. Photo taken 40 minutes into waiting

I normally use Alamo, National & Enterprise, but Thrifty was the cheapest option and it was at least as good as the others!

Long queue to get car waited about an hour.Staff pleasant.Car in pretty rough condition externally chips,small dents on most panels,interior very tidy and clean.

Prices were very competitive. Allowed pickup from downtown waikiki beach. Feedback - website didn't allow to search pick up and drop off location as waikiki beach downtown

Easy and great way of booking.

Car was great apart from the rear windows not coming all the way up. Common on convertibles that are not maintained. Pick up process took nearly 2.5 hours. Ridiculous bad service

Having a reservation made no difference to pick up. I spent 1 hour and 20 mins waiting to pick my car up as Thrity only had 2 windows open for service. Almost and hour and a half waiting and I had a reservation already and I turned up over an hour early to pick it up. I have better things to do on vacation than wait that long for a car I alrady have reserved. No matter what the rate o got I would NEVER EVER go back there...and I order a compact and they gave me a full sized car as they ran out of compacts...how I was there over an hour early with a reservation. Isn't that the idea of a reservation... which I had already made part payment for. How could my car be given to someone else??? NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!! They should be given a 3-4 not 6.7
