Like: reserved a crew-cab truck for a long weekend with some friends. Got a Nissan Titan - really nice truck with very low miles, interior was in great condition. Excellent value! Dislike: I literally have no complaints. I picked up at 12am, so the staffing at the counter was a little slow - but I understand that the pickup time was less than ideal.
I had a very good experience. I booked a mid-sized car, similar to a Camry or Altima. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra, which I guess is considered a similar type of car. The car had over 10,000 miles on it, but it was in good condition.
