Poor vehicle condition, not from JT company.

In the accident, I accidentally scratched the car a little, but the car rental company opened a large amount of compensation, because the credit card has copied my information when taking the car, the staff did not come to check when the car was returned, only told me to stop Stop in the parking lot, then tell them the location and take a photo. Finally, back to my country, the car rental company brushed a huge amount of compensation, and the damage was not seen at the time. For this JT company, nobody at the airport knew about it. They sent a message at 11:30 PM the night before departure, asking me to add someone on WeChat to arrange the car pickup. I had noted my arrival flight and pickup time when I placed the order. I waited 40 minutes at the airport before someone showed up, then it took another 20-minute drive to reach an office outside the airport. It was basically a private rental company with 5 or 6 cars. They briefly recorded my details and asked for a security deposit of 2000 RMB. I offered to pay by card, but they subtly insisted on WeChat or Alipay. Due to time constraints, I didn't argue and paid as asked. Later, I was told it would take 90-120 days to refund the deposit, which I found problematic. The car they provided was different from what I had ordered and seemed to be of a lower tier. It wasn't fully fueled either. The condition of the car wasn't good; the steering wheel was not aligned, and the wheels were not properly balanced. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company in the future.

Did not get a vios but Toyota sienta. Is OK with me since the same capacity. Easy to communicate with them as they also use Whatsapps. Good respond.

I strongly advise against renting from this company. It's like a roadside car wash, very sketchy. I have no idea how they got a 9 rating. When picking up the car, I was told to transfer a 2000 RMB deposit via WeChat (which wasn't mentioned in the order). They said it would be refunded after 60 days. When returning the car, the gate was locked and I had to wait for half an hour. They meticulously checked for scratches and damages for about 10 minutes and found a tiny scratch (the paint wasn't even damaged) and charged me 4500 TWD. I was in a rush to catch my flight, so I didn't argue. Zuzuche should reconsider collaborating with such an unprofessional shop.

The service was not provided by JT Rent-A-Car, it was subcontracted to EZ Rent-A-Car. However, the service from EZ Rent-A-Car was excellent, and the staff were very friendly!

The car was delivered and picked up at the airport. The driving instructor explained the traffic rules and driving precautions for both Taiwan and the mainland. The service was warm, thorough, and responsible.

Need to call JT staff to arrange for car pickup. Had to go to a deserted location away from the airport to complete vehicle transfer/pickup. This was arranged by the friendly staff. I was given a Colt Plus instead of the Yaris. The radio was not working.

The rental store is old and gives an unprofessional feeling. They require a cash deposit for violations, and credit card pre-authorization is not accepted, plus they hold the deposit for two months. I've never heard of such a thing.
