We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! Thank you to the people at the desks and those in the car park for your kindness and friendliness. We really appreciate it, you are great!

Pure joy and maximum safety
Renting car with queeq is a pleasure - no hidden costs, everything is clearly described, there are no hooks. Thanks to the instructions I know exactly what to do, where the rental company is, what the deposit policy or fuel policy is. When I rent through queeq the rental companies are not pushy in selling additional insurance, everything works smoothly and seamlessly. Thanks queeq that you exist!
The only hick-up at check-in was resolved instantly - we were sent to pick up the rental care having been given a bay number, to find there wasn't a car there. This was resolved immediately and we were given an upgraded vehicle.

Excellent price and very good advice from QEED. All details and instructions very clear.
Just like the rental from a few days ago from SF to LV: The rental slip clearly stated that a full tank of gas was included (you could return the car with any amount of fuel without refueling). However, when picking up the car at the AVIS store, not only did the AVIS contract require a full tank upon return, but the staff also emphasized this point, stating that otherwise, AVIS would charge $5.9 per gallon for fuel! Due to time constraints during pickup, there was no time to argue about the terms on the spot, so we had to sign and take the car first, then follow up with the rental company. This might be a rare occurrence, but if it happens frequently, it will definitely affect the user experience. Although the issue was eventually resolved through communication between the rental company and AVIS, confirming that we did not need to refuel upon return, the whole process was quite frustrating.
“Got a fantastic car with a very fair price & smooth service….will definitely use again!”
About AVIS:8.0/10
Very good service with Avis a d would definitely use them again. Car was great and worked perfectly although had seen a bit of road wear and tear and could’ve maybe done with a wash prior to collection, but other than that it was absolutely fine & really enjoyed our drive. I would also recommend waiting to book any extras actually at the AVIS counter and not before….e.g. they had say nav as an added extra ($150) but we didn’t purchase that….only to find the car came with sat nav anyway…!

Booking was great and great deal.
It would be good to know if the extras, they ‘Avis’ suggested roadside assistance cover which we didn’t have & then purchased on pick-up. Bit what would be really helpful is to know the cost of, a) additional drivers & more importantly b) the deposit you need as this was retained until pickup which we thought would happen, but just had no idea how much to allow/put aside for this. Otherwise great and will also definitely book again with QEEQ.COM
I had already selected the full insurance coverage for the rental car. When picking up the car at the store, the staff, who was an Asian-looking guy speaking English, suggested buying additional insurance for $14 a day. We refused, stating we didn’t need any other insurance since we already had full coverage. So, the $14 insurance wasn’t added. We didn’t read the rental agreement carefully before signing it as it was entirely in English, but he still added other insurance to the rental agreement. It was really an unforeseeable hidden charge.
The car was not full of fuel when picked up, but the system recorded it as full. As a result, we were charged extra when returning the car (though we actually refueled more than the initial amount).
It was pretty average. First, I had to wait in a long line. Then they told me my car model wasn’t available and replaced the Camry with a Maxima. Maybe in North America, they think the Maxima is better? Anyway, the clerk had a look on their face like they upgraded me. So I excitedly took the keys, but saw another family already loading their luggage into the car. I said, 'I think this is my car.' The lady replied, 'Well, I’m pretty sure it’s mine.' We checked and realized we had been assigned the same car. Since their luggage was already in, I had to go back to the counter with my bags. The front desk then gave me a Lincoln Aviator, possibly thinking they upgraded me again, saying, 'This is a brand new car. Are you sure you can handle this?' I was like: Seriously? Overall, I give the service a 2 out of 5. I arrived at the rental company at 10:30 and didn’t get the car until after 12.
