Substandard cars ,old damaged high mileage
Not fit for purpose what was offered
Shocking condition ended up having to pay more myself to get a roadworthy vehicle
Overall service is OK but the car....
The worst car ever!!! Many scratches, lack of one turning light, weared interior, smell of cigaretes, noises from air-con, vibration on steering wheel above 100 kmph, remote pilot not working, lack of rear deck/dash
Deceptive to consumers; no counter inside the airport, yet it was advertised as such, causing us significant inconvenience when picking up and returning the car.

Like: From the shuttle bus to the staff checking in/out the car, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was extremely efficient and we were in and out within 10 minutes or so. Dislike: Rental is outside the terminal and it was hard to work out how to get back to the rental place to drop the car off - used Waze as GPS and it didn't take us to the correct place.
