The car rental company's service attitude is excellent! We arrived early and they still managed to accommodate us without pushing us to buy extra insurance. They respond quickly to issues via email. Highly recommend Alamo! Returning the car is easy; there's staff at the parking lot to collect the car. Remember to fill up the gas tank! I'm not sure if I have a fine yet, but the deposit should be refunded in about a month regardless.

I booked an automatic, but was given a manual car without being informed. By the time I got to the garage and realized the mistake, the rental office had closed. Extremely poor company. I have used this translation at Hertz and Europcar without any problems and confirmed this with other companies. Alamo was the only one that did not accept it and did not allow me to cancel my order. QEEQ also refused to give me a refund. Therefore, I am very dissatisfied with the services of Alamo and QEEQ!
