今回、デポジット不要プランで申し込みましたが勘違いなのか請求されまし。 サポートとの連絡で処理できたようです。 場所の案内もわかり安く車種も希望どおりのタイプでしたが古く傷みもあり、ヘッドライトが暗い状態のものでした。車の年式も限定予約出来ればとかんじました。 連絡はLINE翻訳で出来たのでコミュニケーションは楽で素晴らしいと感じました

今回、デポジット不要プランで申し込みましたが店舗の勘違いなのか請求され御社のサポートとの連絡で処理できたようです。クレジットカード会社から直接店舗が引き落とすことは無いと信じている状態です。これが問題なければ次もまた利用させて頂きます。 車は空港ではなく台北市内の店舗でしたが場所の案内もわかり安く車種も希望どおりのタイプでしたが古く傷みもあり、ヘッドライトが暗い状態のものでした。車の年式も限定予約したいと感じました。

Car was ok but a bit old. Enough for our trip. Service counter was good, managed to communicate well via WhatsApp’s prior the booking

We don't speak Chinese so we didn't really talk but he took us through a very simple process and we got the car quickly! The only problem was on the return we could not find our way to the ally that takes the car back to where we picked it up. Traffic was terrible so each failed attempt took several minutes to try again. But the agent took the car where we managed to leave it even if not at the shop.

空港外のお店でしたが到着時間が遅れ23時過ぎてしまったが、スタッフが待っていてくれました。車は想像以上に広く快適でした。

スムーズでとても良かった。ただ、受け渡しの問い合わせをしてもレンタカー会社への連絡を促され言語の問題などで心配は解消できず結局行き当たりばったりになってしまった。結果的には問題はなかったが、予約した後のレンタカー会社との間にもちゃんと入ってほしいと感じました。

Overall, the car rental experience in Taiwan was quite satisfactory. However, there was an incident in Douliu, Yunlin County, where our car was maliciously scratched at the hotel. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue with the hotel, we had to take responsibility and cover the costs after contacting the rental company. In the end, the 2000 RMB deposit was not refunded, which was disappointing. The rental company should have insurance coverage for such damages not caused by the customer. Since we had purchased full insurance, the company should consider offering additional options like scratch insurance during the rental process.

Had to pay an extra service fee of 750 TWD at the store, which was not mentioned during the booking. Being away from home, I had no choice but to accept it reluctantly. It wasn’t a huge amount, so I just put up with it.

Initially, there was no contact via WeChat or WhatsApp. Upon arrival, there was no pickup service, so I had to call the company myself. If you are a foreigner, you're out of luck. It took 20 minutes to get through on the phone. Upon arrival, things were different from what was described on the website; we had to take another trip to their office to complete the paperwork. In total, an extra hour was spent before we could depart. A deposit of 2000 RMB was required, and it would take 60 days to refund.
