I drove and had a minor collision, and they demanded 2000 RMB in compensation, including charges for an air kit and three days of lost work. I don't understand why a paint job takes three days.

Pickup was very convenient. The rental company responded promptly, and the service attitude was excellent.

We don't speak Chinese so we didn't really talk but he took us through a very simple process and we got the car quickly! The only problem was on the return we could not find our way to the ally that takes the car back to where we picked it up. Traffic was terrible so each failed attempt took several minutes to try again. But the agent took the car where we managed to leave it even if not at the shop.

The overall experience with PONY was truly enjoyable. The car's exceptional condition, being less than a year old, added to the satisfaction of the rental. Exploring the impressive features of the vehicle heightened the overall experience. The seamless process of picking up and returning the car contributed to the convenience of the rental service. Notably, the absence of forceful upselling for additional services, such as insurance, was appreciated. I am confident in saying that I look forward to future rentals with PONY based on this positive encounter. We were so satisfied with the car conditions and given that it has travelled with us for 19 days, we decided to give it a car wash at the end as our token of appreciation.

Taiwanese services are generally very good. My only complaint is that JT Car Rental suddenly didn't have the model we reserved and outsourced us to another rental company at the last minute. I feel like if this is the case, there is no point in booking through QEEQ. I could have found a local car rental company myself in Taiwan, possibly at a cheaper price.

The service was excellent. I could pick up the car directly at the airport, and returning it was just as easy. The overall experience was great. Additionally, the driver's license process was simple; just a translated and notarized driver's license was enough. Very convenient.

Everything great with IWS - we got completely new car with less than 3000 km...

Like: Ww collected the car in Taipei. It was not at low mileage but in peefect conditions anyway. No issues to drive on the mountains. Staff was friendly and made some effort to communicate in English
Dislike: Automatic gear sometimes did not play well in steep climbs. Requested but not get the navigator.

Waited a very long time to get the car. Was not given the option of picking up car at where the car was parked, wasted a lot of time coordinating the pickup.

Like: The car was better than I expected and it is hassle free. The whole trip, I didn’t even finish the tank.
Dislike: Maybe about parking was not clear. And the highway for min 3 person in car to travel. Operating of fog light and headlights. As my country do not have cliff, mountain and fog.

The employees are professional and the conditions of the car is good.
