The airport shuttle is very convenient. Pick up the car in Los Angeles and return it in Las Vegas. All at the airport shuttle. Returning the car took less than a minute. Very convenient.
Returning the car was fast, but the provided return address couldn't be found using Google Maps or other maps commonly used in the US. It would direct you to another address 3-4 kilometers away.
Found the desk staff treated me like just another number and did not care. Choice of cars was excellent.
