I waited 1 hour 45 mins just for pickup since there were many bookings and no staff. Had to wait outside in winter since there was no space to even get inside the showroom. Finally got my vehicle at 6.45pm. very painful.
J ai attendu 1h30 la voiture. Elle est venue d une autre succursale. Le véhicule ne correspondait pas à mes attentes, c était un vieux modèle avec 75000 km.
Je suis vraiment déçu car j ai proposé de payer plus cher pour avoir un modèle supérieur en meilleure condition, afin également de ne pas attendre et on me la refuser. Je ne pense pas renouveler mon expérience chez Discount.
The car was dirty inside with a lot of animal hairs in it. Completely unacceptable
