“Great service from QEEQ but let down by Budget car rental!”

I did the pre-check and downloaded the Budget app as they said it would save time. When we got to the rental area we had to queue for almost 2 hours. They 'upgraded' the car and then subsequently tried to charge extra.
The counter operative was watching baseball on his phone while trying to serve me.
The agent at the desk was extremely helpful and everything regarding the pickup went smoother than I expected.

It’s not my first time renting a car in the United States, but the first time that I breezed through without having to decline all kinds of extras (insurance, toll payments, more insurance, gps, etc). I will definitely use EasyRentCars for booking again.

Did not have vehicle as requested on voucher was forced to upgrade for additional fees, which I still don't know what the final cost will be.
