The car pickup process was very pleasant. The staff explained all the important details and any scratches clearly. However, although I contacted them via WeChat half an hour before returning the car, there was no one at the return point when I arrived. I had to wait twenty minutes, which almost caused me to miss my flight.

Need to do tire and wheel check up. Tire are so bad. A car is not balance and can be slip when driving in the rain
