The staffs were very nice and have good service-minded. However, I think the company's policy needs some improvement such as terms & conditions and the insurance details should have been clear and available for customers to view on the website.

The booking is easy and clear. The customer service also did an excellent job when we inquired about the information and support.
Throughout the whole renting procedure it was good. However, maybe work on the refund process. I rented a car for initially seven days. Something came up and I only needed it for five days. The last two days I basically ate the costs.
If there is a position for the phone in front of the steering wheel for use as car navigation(GPS)
