Never be late for pick-up. I thought since I paid the deposit, it wouldn't be a problem. But when I arrived, the order was canceled, the BMW X1 was not available, and the price had changed. I had to switch to another car at the last minute, which was extremely expensive. Don't even know if the deposit will be refunded. It's really frustrating to communicate with them. Also, the waiting time in line was extremely long...

Waiting in line to get the car wasn't a problem, but when I said I didn't want to buy collision damage insurance, their attitude turned a bit sour. They kept persuading us to buy various extras, which we didn't appreciate.

The longest wait and an error on my part cost me 4 times the original quote but there was no compromise on their part.

ACE London Heathrow branch is actually Greenmotion company which I believe they are partner and Greenmotion run service for the ACE. Therefore the service is similar to Greenmotion. One thing incorrect is I did have to pay for shuttle bus fee, which did not correspond to the voucher mentioned shuttle bus paid.

Like: The Customer Service Advisor Danielle provided excellent service and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Ace Rent Cars/Green Motion because of her. thank you very much Danielle.
Dislike: Long waiting time to pick up but mainly because customers did not find out about company's policy before collecting car.
