Extremely happy with service and value.

A variety of car models available, and the car condition was good. The pickup process was quick, and the return process was even faster. It only took about two minutes to park and complete the return, which was excellent! However, I'm not sure when the $100 deposit will be refunded.

Arrived half an hour early and still completed the car rental process easily and quickly. They didn’t have the 5-seater Highlander I reserved but upgraded me to a 7-seater for free after some discussion. My reservation included Max Cover, and later I scratched the side of the car in an underground parking lot. When returning the car, the staff just checked it and assured me that with Max Cover, I wouldn't have to pay anything. This kind of service and insurance truly provides peace of mind. When renting in Australia, I only trust Hertz!

We rented the car at Melbourne Airport. On the fifth day, we had a flat tire and went to the Hertz in the city to get a replacement car. The staff at the city Hertz were very nice and the environment was clean, leaving a deep impression.

The staff were very nice and spoke English slowly to ensure we understood. They were also very patient with our repeated questions.

Only preceded by one other customer, but took 25 minutes to get served! Only one receptionist on duty. They take MANY photos of the car, which may be good, but very time consuming for staff. Need to speed the process up!
