The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. Renting a car was very convenient, but my English isn't very good, so communication was a bit difficult.

Budget rental was really impressive! First, at pick-up: They initially didn't have the Tahoe model we booked, so they provided another SUV of the same class. When we saw a Tahoe in the garage, we asked the staff and they patiently helped us switch to the preferred model. During the rental period: Unfortunately, our car window was broken in San Francisco (no items were lost). We immediately contacted Budget customer service, and within 10 minutes they helped us with the registration and guided us on how to switch cars. That evening, we went to San Francisco airport and exchanged for another Tahoe. The process was quick and convenient. Since the insurance covered everything, there were no extra costs.
