The wait time was a bit long, but the staff's explanations were thorough. The process was simple and convenient. The price differed somewhat from the online quotes in our country, mainly due to insurance.

Very inconsistent customer service. Processes are very confusing - almost got overcharged. Waiting time is very long at pick up.

I made a reservation two weeks before and when went for pickup even they have the cars available they repeatedly saying those are not available and giving for others. They constantly saying to upgrade and trying to make me to pay more....I wish if they could have give available car based on their priority bookings and vehicle class then It will be good and they have given me dirty car and the condition was bad with some sensor lights on the screen

Counter staff were straightforward and helpful. But she kept pushing for extras, none of which I needed. A bit tiresome!

Wait time was more an hour to pick up the car i received, the staff tried to upsell everyone over and over again. Car I ordered was unavailable. Return area has no carts to help getting luggage to terminal. Staff is at Fox is generally disinterested. Will never rent from Fox again.
