They arbitrarily use a high exchange rate for USD transactions and have repeated charges without resolving them. They gave us a 5-seater instead of a 7-seater. I'm not sure if there's a worse rental company.

Picking up the car was smooth. When returning the car, the staff had already left, so I had to use the self-service return, which caused some trouble. Fortunately, it was resolved successfully.
