About Budget: 7.0 /10

Need to be clear on which airport terminal. We arrived in International terminal but the car pick up is at domestic terminal. This was not made clear when made booking. Lucky the domestic airport is next to the international airport terminal. However is troublesome to enter into domestic terminal as need to go through security scanning.

The service was good. We added some insurance, so the actual cost was higher than the price on the reservation, around 310 THB per day. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we accepted it for safety reasons. Budget doesn't have a counter inside the airport arrival hall, so we had to walk to the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't far, and you can see it right outside the airport. When returning the car, they drove us to the departure hall entrance.

Excellent service. On the last day, they even sent someone to the hotel to pick up the car for free and didn’t do much inspection. No extra charges were applied.
