Car drivable but had faults (cruise control and collision warning inoperative and warning lights on). Were not advised of existing damage to bodywork. Car had 90,000 on clock so not a new vehicle. Counter staff and return staff very pleasant and efficient.

Very efficient

We called to change the drop-off city midway, the customer service was very efficient and the service was excellent.

The car pickup process took up to two hours. We arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled time, but had to wait in line and only got the car two hours later. When returning the car, the agreed return point was actually closed two years ago. Can you believe it? Yet, it's the truth.

There were many people both when picking up and returning the car, but there were only two counters. The wait was very long.
