There weren't many issues with renting the car, except that after returning it, daily charges were made to my credit card for four consecutive days. When I contacted customer service to find out why, they kept saying they were coordinating with the rental company, but after four days, there was still no resolution. It was terrible, and I had to freeze my credit card. They said the charges were for toll fees, but I rented three cars at the same time, all took the same route, and the other two cars weren't charged. Only mine was charged every day after returning it. Really strange.
Like: I don't normally hire a car when I travel but when I do, I like it to be quick, easy and good value for money. This is the firs time I have gone through Easy Rent Cars and they ticked all three of these boxes.
