Renting a car in the Philippines (Manila) is an extremely terrible experience. Avoid renting a car here at all costs. The city has some of the most corrupt police officers, chaotic traffic systems, countless two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles darting everywhere, beggars at every intersection, and no clear reminder of the return point location. Everything here is very driver-unfriendly.
Terrible car rental company, I've never seen a Europecar branch this run-down... The staff were irresponsible during pickup and tried to overcharge us during drop-off, making us wait for over half an hour... Absolutely horrible!!!
well after all i can say its above average for the reason being some issues arise during my rental.
issues have been resolve by the management smoothly but i hope this wont happen again in the future

After 3 weeks I’m still waiting for the return of my deposit. Also no clear Insteon how to drop off car. EuropCar employee told me to ask where dropp off point was. In the end the person I asked gave me incorrect information.
